Writing from the Inside Out is a creative writing experience designed to help individuals from all professional backgrounds explore the deeper layers of their thoughts and emotional experiences. This helps us understand both their internal and external lives.

Utilizing poetry and thoughtfully curated prompts, each workshop focuses on a theme that resonates with our global experiences, fostering a connection between our inner and outer worlds

Offered virtually online, these workshops are available to all. Available for your private organization, group or clinic.

In-person workshops are also available, offered by donation within the Echo Park community in Los Angeles.
