This fall I am offering a 10 week intensive psychotherapy group program for those individuals seeking a comprehensive approach to treatment and understanding of their eating disorder symptoms and patterns. In this group we will address the bittersweet idea of ending our group and projecting what the future may hold. In a psychodynamic group, the process follows one of life, so when there are set backs and unforeseen circumstances, we call upon our capacity to reflect and utilize emotional sustenance to work through and break through rather than break down. It is unrealistic to think that there will be no further disappointments just as we also need to hold out hope, as they go hand in hand. This group will prepare you to face the sweet intoxications that hold special meaning to you with consideration and understanding. With precision, time and effort, this group will offer you a unique therapy experience for understanding and treating your eating disorder. For more information regarding this group and how to join, please complete an inquiry form and I will be in touch with you.
